The classes are amazing. I have learnt alot about myself, shortcomings and how to improve them. Trying to improve day by day, little by little. Still in the process of learning how to tackle the situation without getting nervous.

Honestly, i followed each and every video of Col Rajvir Sir on Youtube. I had a note book where i used to make notes of everything he used to say. It was the most priceless guidance someone good give and Col Sharma gave it all for free. He is genuinely someone who understands what it means to guide someones "PERSONALITY" for SSB and not just give them a useless solution.

1st Attempt

6th Attempt

This was my last attempt and i called Sir at the last moment and asked him to urgently help me. Sir without making it a big deal told me 'don't worry, we will work hard with you'. I don't think if sir had not given me the guidance i would have made it. I still remember sir's line 'Its your last chance, so make sure you give it your all. Don't have any doubt it mind. Just go and give it your 100%'. Thank you so much rajvir sir.

Col Rajvir Sharma is an excellent teacher! He provides both a great mix of listening, speaking and practical learning activities and a very safe, supportive learning environment. As a student, you feel pushed to learn and try out new competencies, feel safe and supported in doing so and gain valuable feedback that helps you to improve.

I have learned so much in my classes with Col Rajvir Sharma. He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a textbook but in his classes, Col Sharma asks questions and gets the student, me, to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. He is patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have found his class!

The training with Col Rajvir Sharma made it very easy for me to perform at the SSB! Everything seemed to be something I was prepared for and practices for. When Sir trains you, he makes sure there is not one place that is left that you are left under-confident for. I genuinely thank sir and all the coaching days I had with him for my future success. I recommended getting sir's coaching at least once in a lifetime since it is very enriching.

Great experience with sir !! The guidance provided by sir was a game-changer in my preparation for SSB as it helped me get recommended. He ended up providing me coaching even after my class period was over with him, he truly cares about a person's growth more than anything else.

It was fabulous. Sir, taught me how to project my qualities and how to work on my weaknesses in real life. He made me realise that one needs to believe that you are talented in real life, ssb is only a subset of it.

The guidance given by sir turned out to be of absolute importance in my SSB interview. I had a very enriching with Col Rajvir Sharma, my perspective not on just what SSB demands but on how I can improve inherently was extremely valuable. I recommend anyone who truly wants clear SSB to take training from sir.

Col Rajvir Sharma is an amazing teacher, who rather than making you mug up answers, helps you enhance your potential. He has a transparent way of teaching which helps you understand why he is teaching you something and how it will help you improve. He has a knack for explaining things in detail, especially General Studies.

I first knew sir as my friend's father, then a teacher and then one of the most influential reasons for my success. He was always there to personally guide which according to me is seldom seen. The guidance given by sir turned out to be of absolute importance to me. I had a very enriching and competent experience with Col Rajvir Sharma, which i don't think would have been possible if I would have taken coaching from anywhere else.

Sir is very interactive with all of his students and is one person who will truly believe in you. The guidance given by sir turned out to be of the highest importance in my SSB interview. He is a person who dedicates a great amount of personal effort and interest in teaching his aspiring students. His passion for teaching and provide the country with future army officers can really be seen by the fine attention he gives to his students. He has contributed significantly to my success.

Sir helped me express myself in the best possible way with minimum words during story writings, which saved a lot of time in SSB. With his unshakable belief in his students and hard work, SSB became a cakewalk. I tried other academies before getting trained under him but they were of no use at all. Rajvir sir will help you improve by letting you be yourself. This gave me a lot of confidence. Col Rajvir Sharma sir went out of his way to teach me all that he could despite his busy schedule. He will not just help you crack SSB but also be a good army officer.

It was an experience that let me know what exactly is required to crack SSB. It was a good experience wherein I got to learn all aspects of becoming a recommended candidate who goes on to serve the nation. I strongly urge everyone who is looking to join the forces to seek his help as he will make the job much more natural for you. Colonel Rajvir Sharma Sir is a wonderful mentor. He not only teaches the various techniques, be it the interview, SRTs or WAT or story writing etc but at the same time asks us to be realistic and fully involved with whatever we are doing. His motivation boosts you up every time you see him. He provides with a real-time environment as we face within the SSBs/interview. He being a decorated army officer is always a plus point for anyone who seeks a good coach to become an army personnel. Moreover, he works very minutely on each and every candidate to analyse the various aspects of the candidate which is the best part of his coaching. So it's always been a wonderful experience being trained by Colonel Rajvir Sir and I strongly recommend to everyone who is looking to join the forces to take his help as he will make the job much easier for you.

The time I spent with Col Rajvir Sharma was time well spent, more so than that it was Excellent. The discussion which were full of knowledge on any and every important aspect of SSB changed my view of tackling the tasks. Although I spent only 4 days there, I have to say that they were enough to change my mindset about SSB and boost my confidence enough to make me clear the SSB. In those 4 days, I had grasped enough points about every task to be taken care of that made a lot of difference in my performance from previous attempts. One of the main points: Sir is great faculty with an excellent style of teaching, his lessons are easy to understand and he gives daily tasks that help in gradual development. Sir, has been really helpful and I would recommend anyone who is seeking to be a part of the army, air force, navy to get his guidance.

I had a very enriching and satisfactory experience with Col Rajvir Sharma. He is an excellent orator and outstanding instructor. He is a person who devotes a great number of personal efforts and interest in his teaching activities, as well as to his students. He has contributed significantly to my success. I must commend him for the ways in which he has responded positively to some of the things he and I have discussed during previous formal training schedules, as well as in less formal settings. He is making an outstanding contribution to teaching and to the instructional program of helping aspiring candidates for achieving the desired success.

Sir helped me a lot during my SSB. The guidance given by sir turned out to be of utmost importance in my SSB. He would give personal attention to my weakness and help me work through them before moving to the next topic. He provided personal attention and highlighted and rectified all the mistakes I was making. He is available to his students 24/7 which is really great since I could clear my doubts at any point of time. I am highly thankful to sir for playing a significant role in my success.
